Orders are usually delivered within 3–7 business days. In some locations, delivery may take up to 7–10 business days due to courier or regional delays.


4. How can I track my order?

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via SMS, email, or WhatsApp. You can use this link to track your order in real time.

We ship orders using reliable courier partners such as Bluedart, Delhivery, Xpressbees, Ecom Express, Ekart, Amazon Shipping, Shadowfax, and Smartr.


6. Can I cancel or modify my order?

Yes, orders can be cancelled or modified before dispatch. Once the order has been shipped, cancellations or modifications are not possible.


7. Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)?

COD is available on selected pin codes only. Availability will be shown at checkout. PandaMart reserves the right to disable COD for certain orders or locations.


8. What is your return policy?

You can request a return within 7 days of delivery, provided the product is:

  • Unused and in original condition

  • In original packaging with all tags intact

  • Supported by a clear unboxing video without cuts or pauses


9. When is a return or refund accepted?

  • Defective or damaged products (received condition)

Approved refunds are issued as store credit, which can be used for future purchases on pandamart.in.

  • Original packaging or accessories are missing

  • Unboxing video is not provided

  • The item falls under hygiene-sensitive or consumable categories (if applicable)
