At PandaMart, we aim to ensure our customers are satisfied with their purchases of home and everyday essential products. If you are not fully satisfied, we offer a clear and transparent return and refund process as outlined below.
Order Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch.

Once the order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
Return Policy

Products are eligible for return within 7 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

Product must be unused and unwashed

Must be in original packaging

All tags, labels, and accessories must be intact

📹 Mandatory Unboxing Video
Please record a clear unboxing video without cuts or pauses.
Without video proof, return or refund requests will not be accepted.
Valid Reasons for Return
Returns are accepted only in the following cases:

Wrong product delivered

Missing items

Defective or damaged product (received in damaged condition)
Pickup & Shipping

If the return reason is due to an error by PandaMart, we will arrange a free reverse pickup.

If the return is due to customer preference (wrong size, color choice, etc.), the product must be shipped back to our warehouse at the customer’s cost.
Refund Process

Once the returned product is received and inspected, the refund will be issued as store credit.

Store credit can be used for future purchases on pandamart.in.

Refunds are processed within 3–5 business days after inspection approval.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

Used or damaged products due to misuse

Products without original packaging or tags

Hygiene-related or consumable home essentials (if applicable)

Items returned without proper unboxing video
Terms & Conditions

Returns will not be processed if the product shows signs of usage or physical damage.

Products must be returned in resaleable condition.
