Refund policy

At PandaMart, we aim to ensure our customers are satisfied with their purchases of home and everyday essential products. If you are not fully satisfied, we offer a clear and transparent return and refund process as outlined below.

Order Cancellations

• Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch.

• Once the order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

Return Policy

• Products are eligible for return within 7 days of delivery.

• To be eligible for a return:

  • Product must be unused and unwashed

  • Must be in original packaging

  • All tags, labels, and accessories must be intact

📹 Mandatory Unboxing Video
Please record a clear unboxing video without cuts or pauses.
Without video proof, return or refund requests will not be accepted.

Valid Reasons for Return

Returns are accepted only in the following cases:

• Wrong product delivered

• Missing items

• Defective or damaged product (received in damaged condition)

Pickup & Shipping

• If the return reason is due to an error by PandaMart, we will arrange a free reverse pickup.

• If the return is due to customer preference (wrong size, color choice, etc.), the product must be shipped back to our warehouse at the customer’s cost.

Refund Process

• Once the returned product is received and inspected, the refund will be issued as store credit.

• Store credit can be used for future purchases on pandamart.in.

• Refunds are processed within 3–5 business days after inspection approval.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

• Used or damaged products due to misuse

• Products without original packaging or tags

• Hygiene-related or consumable home essentials (if applicable)

• Items returned without proper unboxing video

Terms & Conditions

• Returns will not be processed if the product shows signs of usage or physical damage.

• Products must be returned in resaleable condition.

• PandaMart reserves the right to approve or reject any return or refund request after inspection.
